General Info
🎵 Music: An open-air picnic experience by candlelight located in Vale Park accompanied by classical music
👉 A very intimate atmosphere will be created, as there will be candles that will illuminate the space. For the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles. Please note for our open-air experiences.
📅 Dates and times: Various dates and times (select during purchase)
⏳ Duration: The musical picnic experience will be 2 hours long. Doors will open at 5pm for the 6pm ticket and 8pm for the 9pm ticket to allow for food and beverage service. We encourage all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time on your ticket. Doors will close at the start time on your ticket. No late entry is permitted!
🧺 Each ticket includes one meal of choice per person. All additional food and beverages can be purchased separately. You can choose your meal from the menu here and pre-select on from our reminder email form.
📍 Location: Vale Park (located at The William Vale hotel, entry from the plaza)
👤 Age requirement: Must be 21 years old or older with a valid ID to attend.
♿ Accessibility: This venue is ADA compliant.
☔ In case of bad weather conditions, the performance will be rescheduled.
