Higher Health: Weed & Wellness Experience

Join Weed & Wellness at The William Vale on Sunday Nov 6th. This immersive Higher Health experience will feature holistic Ayurvedic wellness practices for inner and outer balance as we move into the holidays or what we call vata season in Ayurveda. Wellness professionals Nina Marchione, Naomi Edwards, and Heidi Kinney will lead a vata season workshop of sound healing, somatic movement practices, skin care to keep you glowing all winter, and a kitchari reset cleanse.
